According to the Ministry of Personnel's "Notice on Approving the Establishment of Postdoctoral Research Workstations by 278 Units including China Mobile Communications Corporation", in June 2006, seven units represented by Jiangxi Tekang Technology in Nanchang High-tech Development Zone were approved by the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China Set up post-doctoral research mobile workstations.
